Lovely followers, I owe you an apology. Recently, some stuff has come up and I have been neglecting this blog. I promise you that will will never happen again. Now onto the announcements!
From today on, I will be putting up at least one post a day.
Also, you can now submit a tip (with the source, so I know it’s correct), and I’ll make the graphic for it.
Now for another announcement; I am accepting people to help me out with this blog. I’m thinking between two or three dedicated peeps. You need basic knowledge of Photoshop in order to apply. Please submit to me why you want to help with this blog and why you think you’re qualified to run this blog, and please don’t feel intimidated because I need help, haha.

portioned junk food diets are when you eat small low-calorie amounts of sweets or fast food in an attempt to lose weight. So not worth it!

however, drinking eight glasses of ice cold water does burn 70 calories in total.

in short; lay off the gum, even if it seems as though it helps with cravings. A stick or two once in a while is alright, though.
